We paid the full amount in advance, but he denied the payment and behaved very badly.

The area was great and the room felt spacious for what we paid, but the hotel is currently undergoing renovations.

We had a decent stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location in the heart of downtown Zirakpur. However, the primitive bathroom with old, broken fittings was a major turn-off. Despite this, the hotel's central location made up for the inconvenience, and we were able to explore the area easily.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's excellent location, great service, and fantastic restaurant and bar. However, there was a minor flaw - the reception was located up a flight of stairs from the parking, making it difficult to carry luggage, and we had to call the reception to be greeted. Despite this, the hotel's overall experience was top-notch.
