“Increible lugar. No se lo pierdan!”
The photos don’t do it justice. We stayed in the family suite and it was huge, with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was super complete. Paddleboards and a kayak were free extras that we enjoyed to the fullest. No other guests were around, so we had the place all to ourselves! I highly recommend it for family travel and hope to return soon.

The location is amazing, a true haven of peace, and the private pier with lagoon view is a real plus for a stay in Bacalar. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. A book with good addresses is also offered. We had a room with shared bathrooms, which was very clean. The accommodation was atypical but ended up being our favorite of our 15 days in Mexico ☺️ Thank you Eric and Teresa for your welcome.
We had a two‑person room. The size was fine and the view is fantastic. Lovely owner. The floor is very low. The beds are very high and the room could use an upgrade. Very uncomfortable.
