“Great property that just needs a little more TLC”

The jacuzzi suite offered great space. However, it could have been cleaned better, and I found a dead cockroach under the wet bar.

“I will not stay at this location again.”

The facility was dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the door wouldn’t shut. I had to move to a second room because the first had mildew and two humidifiers left behind. The iron didn’t work, and even after getting another one it still failed; the hair dryer was also non‑functional. Very disappointing.

“Trash”

The location was great, but the grass yard across from my room was littered with trash—small bits along the walkway, several large plastic bags, and a big cardboard box left empty. There was no plastic bag for the ice bucket, showing that staff don't patrol the grounds or seem to care; these little details matter.
