The hotel’s location and rooms are tiny cabins. Cleaning could be better; my shower had a lot of hair on the wall.

The spot is central to shopping centers, the hotel’s facilities are pretty, the vegetation creates a beautiful landscape, and the staff are very friendly. However, the night lighting is too dark to reach the rooms, the room furniture is worn out, some drawers lack handles, and the shower water flow is very weak.

The front‑desk staff were generally very friendly, which lifted my mood right away; even though English wasn’t strong, they made an effort to understand and kept a pleasant, genuine smile rather than a business‑like one, which I appreciated as an Asian traveler. The large pool gave the resort a more upscale feel that boosted my excitement, the air‑conditioning was strong enough to feel almost cold, the hot water flowed well and the water pressure was solid. Overall, these factors made my trip feel far better than I expected, earning a nine‑point rating. I wish there had been a mat for foot cleaning; I mostly used bike‑taxis so it didn’t bother me, but the property isn’t within walking distance of the town centre, so keep that in mind.
