There was almost nothing positive. The room was still unmade at 22:30, and it took an hour and a half to explain to someone who spoke very little Italian how the beds should be made in Italy (NOT IN THE POLISH WAY!). The breakfast offered very few continental/Italian options, mostly Polish‑style foods that weren’t suitable for Italians. The bathroom had no windows, and the grille seemed doubtful.

The only good thing was the location and the price. Everything else—room, staff, breakfast—was bad. The room had three single beds instead of a double and a single, and we had to make the bed ourselves on arrival. No staff spoke Italian; it was run by Poles. The breakfast was awful: very salty with bread, cured meats, sausages, and rusks; the dessert had two large, runny cakes and jam in huge bowls. There were no brioche, and the coffee and cappuccino machine was horrible.

The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. The sheets were small because the hotel is run by Poles, which is standard there but not for us. Otherwise everything was fine.
