The service and staff attention are excellent, but the air conditioning in the room didn’t cool well.
“El hotwl tiene zonas húmedas lindas pero me salieron con que con mi reserva como era en línea no tenía derecho a desayun”
The wet areas were nice, but they didn’t give me breakfast.
The infrastructure was maintained, but the locations lacked maintenance.
