The hotel is good, but it wasn’t at the same location shown on the booking map. It’s farther away and requires a private car. I tried to leave in the evening and there were no cars or taxis available.

The staff were incredibly friendly, from the waiters to the pool attendants. The pool itself was wonderful! The lunch and dinner were truly excellent, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was a bit rough for us; not a huge issue, but they should work on it. We appreciated that they personally asked for feedback.

The service attitude and the staff’s kindness were great – the pools, the room, the spa, the restaurant, the pool view, and the chance to play ping‑pong, padel, fitness, and swim were all nice. The foosball and billiards were broken, the ping‑pong table was poorly positioned, and the tennis court was poorly maintained.

Lovely small hotel. Excellent customer service with very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to provide a great experience. A bit further out from the Medina, but only a 20‑minute drive so not bad.
