It was very clean, the accommodation was very large, the staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The dinner was also very good! A good starting point for excursions! Parking in front of the door. The Wi‑Fi was a bit weak.

The Hotel Polar Star was fantastic—its spot is ideal, just a quick drive from Žabljak and right near everything you need to explore Durmitor. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and the sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a long hike. We absolutely enjoyed our visit!

Not in a busy part of town but not too far away. Plenty of parking. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with windows that opened to let in fresh, cool air. Wonderful restaurant with great food at reasonable prices; attentive waitstaff; large breakfast buffet included in our room price. Knowledgeable, friendly staff at the front desk. Good communication even before we arrived. A couple of small maintenance things in the room surprised me that hadn’t been caught/fixed, but they didn’t detract from our stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the Žabljak area and making day trips from there. The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was perfectly fine. We also had the buffet dinner in the evening, which was excellent. The Wi-Fi in the room was very weak, which was quite frustrating, as I ended up using a lot of my mobile data instead of being able to enjoy the Wi-Fi, as you would normally expect in a hotel. Apart from that, everything was perfectly fine
