The stay didn’t exceed my expectations because of the disarray; it needs improvement. Reception staff were very good—kudos to them. In the room we stayed, water pipe noise was audible, which wasn’t great. The bed was excellent, though the pillow could be better. Having a kitchen in the room was a nice touch.
