Location is great not far off the m4 , rooms are very clean and quiet

A hotel charging guests to stay during the colder months should provide fully functioning heating. Although the heating system was installed, it was not switched on or operational, leaving me to wake up in a freezing room and endure an uncomfortably cold morning. This is unacceptable and reflects a poor standard of hospitality and a lack of consideration for guests. Furthermore, the television service was substandard, with repeated transmission problems affecting the channels. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that fell well below the basic standards of comfort, service and hospitality that any paying guest has the right to expect. The location and room was pleasant. No food, hot drinks not available after 9.00 which meant machines turned off by8.50. The hours of closing were strange
