The private bathroom features a separate entrance, a toilet, air‑conditioning, a flat‑screen TV, a hypoallergenic setting and a wake‑up service. Climate control is provided by heating and air‑conditioning, and entertainment options cover satellite channels, a streaming service, a radio and a minibar, plus executive lounge access.

The place is well located, but the parking is hard to use; the spots under the building are tiny and you can’t keep the car in and out, while the other parking is on the side block and requires a walk of a few minutes, which was difficult in the rain; the breakfast is good but nothing special, the room is very good, yet parking and street noise are issues.
The room lacks enough power outlets. I couldn’t fold my clothes because I needed an extension, couldn’t charge my phone next to the bed, and there was no outlet to plug in my laptop near the table.

The bed, shower, and breakfast were good, though they offered margarine instead of butter. The wall and tile colors were too depressing, all grey. The street noise in the room was loud, the window wouldn’t open, the room was too small, the corridor was dim, and some outlets and lights didn’t work. I was about to have surgery and wanted a positive vibe, but the environment didn’t help at all.

A great place. The staff are excellent, helpful and polite. The room is clean and organized. The breakfast is also great. The location is very good, right in the center. I’ll come back again.

Overall, the room was acceptable: the bed was good, the bedding and bath linens were fine, and the breakfast had a good variety. The facilities (reception, corridors, elevators, and restaurant) were comparable to a 3‑star rating. The parking lot was cramped, and a column in front of the access ramp made it hard to exit; even small cars had trouble getting out, which you can see from the scratches on the side wall of the ramp. Another issue was the TV, which wasn’t picking up any channels. After I demanded a room change, the new room still didn’t work, and they told me a technician would only be able to fix it the next day. After I insisted, they said they’d call the technician, and when I returned from dinner the problem was resolved. The bathroom needed better cleaning (the shower box was full of mold) and we found a few dead “francesinha” cockroaches.
