The place had a good location, but the room was filthy and we found a bedbug, so we left right away and went home.

The hotel sits in the city center, the staff were friendly, and the pool and whirlpool were enjoyable. However, the beds were soft and a bit saggy, and being on the main street made it quite noisy.

The front desk employee was very nice and recommended great family‑friendly spots to visit. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was within walking distance of Heavenly Village, which was a bonus.
