The service was excellent, the staff were super polite and attentive, the breakfast was varied, well made, and of high quality, the pool was wonderful, and the hotel is huge and very beautiful, yet the room needs more lighting because it’s quite dark and there could be parking—there’s plenty of space for it.

The cleaning and service were good, but the breakfast didn’t match the hotel’s status, there was no internal parking, and the gates were always open, letting anyone in easily.

The chalets are separated by a thin wall, so you can hear everything on the other side—privacy is totally lost! The chalet is priced higher than the apartment specifically for privacy, yet parking is outside the hotel on the street; if it rains, as it did for me, you’ll have trouble, but otherwise everything is fine.

Comfort, cleanliness, and staff service are excellent, but the street-side parking is inconvenient.
