Behavior. As per price… they need some more facilities like a toilet kit. Free drinking water for every room. Room size is very small.

This hotel does not have any bookings system. When I arrived at the hotel they said the hotel has been fully booked for the past 3 days. Then he phoned some other guys, who asked me to go to a location, when I arrived at the location, he took me through some very dirty and narrow alleyways into a very substandard hotel called Aliza place hotel. As it was late and I was new to the city I accepted and paid the full original price I booked for Sheeba hotel. I saw no booking system in Aliza place hotel as well. I believe a fraud racket is operating using your system to show one hotel and offer something else. Please investigate this scam as they are using your system to show one hotel and offer something else. My email: [email protected]

“Alojamento bastante fraco e não condizente com os padrões mínimos de limpeza.”

I found the room too small and the cleaning was awful; after we asked for fresh sheets because the ones we had were dirty, they gave us another set that was just as filthy. We decided not to stay here again.

“Can do better”

The place is in a good spot, but our room was on the roadside and it was very noisy, and the staff didn’t bother to clean the room at all.
