The staff were friendly, the location was great, and check‑in was a breeze with plenty of shops nearby. The room itself felt a bit old‑fashioned and the cleaning seemed rushed, though it wasn’t bad enough to force me to request a different room.

“Fantástico”

The accommodation was literally in the Red Light District, close to everything and the train station, so you can walk to all the sights; the room was spacious and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and I’d definitely book again.

“Only can recommend the location, for the rest, I would avoid it.”

They gave a small gift at check‑out and the staff were relatively friendly. The spot is superb, right next to Amsterdam Centraal, but there’s not much else. The bathroom has a small step that’s hard to see at night, only one pillow is supplied, and no extra pillows are available. The bathroom lacks a glass, so we had to bring our own coffee cups. Only two shampoo bottles are provided, no shower gel, and the room smells oddly. Wi‑Fi was broken on arrival and even after repair it was slow. The carpet is stained and needs replacement, and a previous guest’s underwear was found under the bed. One night the room wasn’t cleaned, there’s no mini‑fridge, and at USD 288 a night it feels overpriced for what you get.

It’s a small, uncomfortable hotel; even though it’s well‑located, you can’t rest at any time.
