The staff at the main entrance rushed over the moment they saw my injured leg and helped me all the way to the hotel, which was incredibly helpful.

The location is great and the room is superb. No issues.

The furniture looked dated, with an old style that’s due for a redesign. Some of the room’s buttons don’t work, the décor and furniture are fading, and even the carpet is losing its color—time for upgrades and improvements.

I liked the room and its location, but the shower head was disappointing.

The location and the room were great, yet the shower head left something to be desired.
