“je ne reviendrais pas dans cette établissement”
The product quality fell short of expectations. I was very disappointed: the room was dirty, there was no safe in it, we never had hot water, no coffee pods, and we had to request towels multiple times. These are basic services you should expect from a hotel, so I won’t return.
“Bien”
The service was great. Honestly, everything was so good that I can’t think of any negatives.
The staff, especially the man at reception, were good. The room itself was the only downside.
“Lamentable gestion”
Zero points for the hotel. Even though our booking was confirmed on your site, we arrived to find our reservation cancelled by the hotel without any notice, leaving us utterly embarrassed and scrambling to find another place at the last minute. Overbooking and then cancelling months‑ahead reservations is outrageous.
“Excellent séjour bien placé toutes commodités dans et à côté de l’hôtel”
Everything was fine, from the staff to the location. Nothing to complain about.
