Breakfast was excellent and the hotel accommodated my requests after I voiced a complaint. I sent two messages asking for the quiet room we had stayed in before, but was given a street-facing room that was very noisy at night and I couldn’t open the windows; after complaining, they finally gave me the requested room for the last two nights, which was a positive change.

Шикарный стильный бутик-отель! Очень чисто, комфортно и душевно. Огромный кот на рецепшине - это отдельная изюминка отеля. В номере есть кофемашина, бокалы, халаты. Из окна видно Эйфелеву башню. Хорошая инфраструктура рядом с отелем: пекарня, рестораны. Я бы выбрала этот отель для последующих поездок в Париж. Спасибо Персоналу!

The staff’s service was well‑decorated. There was no elevator and no information about that in the booking; the upper‑floor room was extremely small and the shower had low pressure.
