The accommodation is excellent, situated in a great spot just a short walk from the metro station. It’s beautiful, with lovely and spacious common areas, and having three shared bathrooms is a big plus when traveling with a group. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location is good, with the metro station within walking distance, making travel easy. There are also a mall and a supermarket nearby, so you can take care of your needs. The biggest issue I had was a smell in the room; it felt slightly damp and the odor bothered me. I used the room only for lodging.

The hotel sits in a calm neighborhood and the shared living‑room‑kitchen area is comfy, but the room itself is tiny and missing furniture, was not cleaned properly before I arrived, and although a mid‑stay cleaning and towel change was advertised for stays of 5‑7 days, it never happened.

It’s well positioned at the intersection of two metro lines that let you reach the city center quickly. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. The room is clean and well insulated from city noise. The insulation is good against street noise but less effective against noise from adjacent rooms.

The location, furniture quality, and air conditioning availability are all positive. During a four‑day stay, the response to an issue was slow—48 hours with no urgency, and only after a formal complaint did they get back to me. There were many plumbing problems: clogs and foul smells.
