I was shocked when the host arranged a tour with a potential tenant without any notice; that person entered my room in front of the host and started filming, and I was also recorded without permission—this is the worst experience I've ever had, yet the host handled it professionally and helped me a lot.

The place was perfect and reasonably priced for a night’s stay, and we were heading to a Christmas lunch; when we arrived at night there was a small issue that we sorted out with Sleep‑in.

It’s cheap and a short walk from the city centre, with good beds and a large room, but there were no reading lamps or bedside lights, no place to charge a phone next to the bed, and the kitchen cleaning was lacking.
