We had a decent stay at this hotel, but the cold December weather made it a bit of a challenge. The room was spotless and the size was perfect, but the central heating wasn't working, so we were given a bed warmer and a room heater, which barely kept us warm. The food in the restaurant was great, and the staff were super polite and friendly. They even had live entertainment, which was a nice touch.

The location of this hotel is great, but that's about where the positives end. The rooms are seriously run down and the whole property needs a serious uplift. We were really looking forward to a nice meal at the restaurant, but the cleanliness was pretty poor, which was a major letdown.

I'm not sure what to say about this hotel - it's just excellent. I mean, I've stayed at some great places before, but this one takes the cake. Sorry, I'm being facetious - there's nothing to complain about here.
