“Affordable, welcoming and perfect for hikers.”
Jim was very friendly and welcoming and made us an excellent breakfast. It was also a lovely surprise after a long day of hiking to find the room had a bathtub!

The owner was kind, the bed was comfy, the food was tasty, and the location was perfect. Parking is first‑come, first‑serve.

The place is a bit outside the centre, but you can hop on a bus and be in Old Town in 5 minutes. The neighbourhood has a small Tesco and a range of interesting restaurants and takeaways. A single bedroom without an ensuite—just a toilet and shower room right outside the room—was very reasonably priced. Breakfast options varied from a simple toast and hot drink (included) to a full English meal if you ask for it. The owner was helpful and friendly.
