The rooms were cold and the remote didn’t work. It was chilly, smelled bad, breakfast wasn’t served, the staff were rude, and they wouldn’t let us swim in the pool.

Ничего. При заезде сказали 1 час СПА включено на эту стоимость,но утром оказывается у них спа не работает.Если не работает при заезде почему сразу не говорят.Постельное белье какой то запах есть,как будто потом воняет.С 4:00 утра пришли на соседний комнату проститутки до утра пели,матерились,курили даже моя ванная комната воняло сигаретами. В моей жизни самый худший отель
