The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, I could park my motorcycle free in the garage, the price‑to‑value ratio was excellent, and the location right in the middle of Münster was top.

We were able to drop our motorcycles off in the hotel’s own garage without any hassle, the breakfast was okay, our room was on the back side so it was very quiet, the hotel feels a bit dated but that’s not a reason not to book.

Check‑in and check‑out went very smoothly and the staff were friendly; because the hotel is close to the city centre it’s naturally a bit louder. The rooms are a bit basic and the bathroom cleanliness could be better—there was some grime in the corners and seams.

The location and the friendly staff were good; the bathroom had a musty smell and the TV was poorly set up.

The TV sound was unintelligible, the doors clanged, I could hear neighbours passing on the landing, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was rust on the shower wall and soap holder, the towels were rough, and there was a hair in the sink.
