The room was clean, but the location is terrible. When booking this hotel, you should be warned about its whereabouts: it’s not in Ortigueira but in a very remote neighborhood, 40 minutes from the city and half an hour on a dirt road. It’s awful. There’s nothing to eat; the neighborhood is tiny with only a gas station. Breakfast is also at the gas station.

The accommodation is very good—clean, air‑conditioned, and the bathroom is new. Food is next to the gas station. At night the hotel becomes problematic, again relying on the station, and there’s a snack bar in front.

The overall structure is great, especially for a spacious place with beach‑tennis and volleyball courts, a barbecue area, and everything else. Everything is well maintained and new, with many chairs and benches. The lawn is well kept and there’s plenty of vegetation. The shower is excellent and the towels are nice. What bothered me most was the lack of a reception. When I arrived I was lost, walked around the property, and no one came to greet me. I had to go to the attached gas station to ask where the reception was. The station attendant gave me the key and said nothing else, didn’t explain how the front desk worked, and I only found out the next day that breakfast was served at the station, which I found strange and disappointing. I was negatively surprised by this reception and guest convenience.
