The location was fantastic, and the service was wonderful. It was the perfect spot for exploring the island, and the breakfasts and dinners were very good.

“Lovely hotel but Food let’s can it done badly”

The hotel was beautiful and immaculately kept, and the staff were exceptional. However, the food, except for dessert, left a lot to be desired with too much repetition of pork and not enough chicken, beef, salmon, or prawns, and a lack of vegetable variety—mostly peas, green beans, and peppers. My favorite club was not worth the extra money, and the food in the dedicated room for club guests was horrible, though drinks were fine with plenty of tea, coffee, and soft drinks. The roof pool was lovely, but there were no toilets.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot to offer, but unfortunately the value for money did not quite meet my expectations.

The stay was fine, but the hotel is too expensive for what it is. The staff were really unpleasant; no one was smiling except one person at reception named José who really helped us. We booked a double room with a sea view, but apparently that was not available, so we got a back room with a view, but the whole hotel had a view, so we ended up with a view of the emergency staircase and the rear buildings, and finally the view. The bedding was really poor quality and the bed was uncomfortable. It’s a shame the hotel has a lot of potential; it’s beautiful and well‑located, but the staff are not friendly. I had a housekeeper who told me to check out immediately at 12:20, and I said I was leaving right away, but she kept repeating that it was 12:20 as if I had committed a crime.
