For the August season it’s the best budget‑friendly choice, with plenty of greenery and away from city noise, a very comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, and AC and fan. It’s close to supermarkets and the beach and feels safe. However, there’s no coffee or tea supplied, and soap and toilet paper are only occasionally available in the bathroom. The roaming cats are frightened by the owner, who doesn’t want guests to feed them, which I found unacceptable as an animal lover; we discussed it and later reached a good understanding. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re on a budget and want a calm place for 1–2 nights.

“Very very nice people to deal with! That was the best part and thank you!”

The location and the people were excellent and very, very great to deal with. I was able to park my bike inside the courtyard… thank you! It could be cleaner, but you get what you pay for, so it was good!

The staff were kind. Well… you get what you pay for, but it could use one more shower or bathroom. Someone in the room kept turning off the fan, the AC was off, it was hot, and mosquitoes were a big problem for me to sleep well.
