“Good hotel, no English friendly. Really disappointing for the price.”
The buildings have been renovated, so the interiors look good, and the food is tasty. I was really disappointed that the hotel staff doesn’t have anyone who speaks English fluently; Slovak alone isn’t enough to run a property, and every activity, marketing material, and sign should also be in English.
The food was okay, the pools were fine, and the area was pretty. The main drawback was the large number of people at lunch, and there wasn’t enough seating in the restaurant.
“Užili sme si hotel Sitno”
The location is beautiful, cleanliness is 100 %, and the staff are perfect and smiley. The food was excellent; we had a full board. It’s a paradise for kids, and the animators are fantastic. My 12‑year‑old granddaughter loved them and was entertained. The price is a bit high, but that’s what it’s like in Slovakia anyway. 😉
