The location was great, right next to Plaza España, close to shops and the metro. It was very noisy at night. The room was too small for four people, and the bathroom had mold in the shower. There was little courtesy.

The location was excellent, the structure good, and it was comfortable. The only downside was a particular staff member. We arrived before the normal check‑in time and had arranged to leave our bags; the guy who attended us was very rude and uncooperative, and we had to wait a long time. When we returned, another person was very friendly and helpful and made up for the bad experience.

The room was much smaller than the photos showed, very cramped and uncomfortable, and the shower was extremely uncomfortable because it was so low.
