The place was in a great spot, the welcome was warm and friendly, the rooms were excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. We had to go home at the end of our stay.

The host and partner were very friendly, giving useful info and tips about the area and day trips. Breakfast was tasty with a sea view. The room had a fridge with fresh milk. Extras included a bathrobe, slippers, earplugs and a sleep mask. I missed a night light to turn off the light from bed.

Delicious breakfast, beautiful clean room, fridge provided as a bonus, good toiletries, and a plentiful supply of towels.

Absolutely sparkling clean! Louise was so welcoming when we arrived and during our stay, and also quickly answered the queries I had beforehand. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the centre along the promenade. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was equipped with absolutely everything we needed, including Louise’s new toy – a 3‑speed fan/light above the bed which must have been invaluable over the recent hot summer. There was also a small fridge, restocked every day with a bottle of milk. The breakfast included everything – sausage, egg, bacon, toast, etc. A good start to the day. We can totally recommend Gresham.
