Gostei do café da manhã, muito farto e com comidas de qualidade. O quarto foi extremamente pequeno. O funcionário informou que era a modalidade "standart" e que os quartos seriam pequenos, e que eu teria que fazer um upgrade de mais de 300 reais se quisesse ir para um quarto melhor. Porém, quando fiz a reserva, as fotos não mostravam esse tamanho de quarto. Selecionei um quarto para duas pessoas e o quarto foi muito pequeno. Foi a 2ª vez que me hospedei no hotel, mas isso não tinha acontecido na primeira vez. Além disso, dessa 2ªx o ar condicionado de meu quarto estava pingando, além de ficar ligando e desligando sozinho

The front desk was very helpful, everything was clean, and the spot is ideal for shoppers heading to Bras. The room’s location was great, with no noise at all. What bothered us was having to pay separately for breakfast, the room felt too small for its price, and in the afternoons we had to step outside for a breath of air because the room was stuffy, lacked natural light, and had no window to open. Every evening we longed for a tea or coffee, but when I asked reception for hot water they said none were available; everything was closed in the evenings, and there should have been an electric kettle. The bathroom also had a leak.
