I booked a stay with my family, including a 2‑year‑old daughter, and on arrival at midnight we were denied entry because they said we were no longer their partner and told us to call customer care, but the call never connected and we were forced to book another hotel because every room was sold out. This feels like cheating and left us very embarrassed about the whole booking experience.

The service was 3rd‑class; even at the last moment we couldn’t get the hotel’s contact number, and when we got there they couldn’t confirm our booked room and demanded double the room rate. This should be blacklisted because it tarnishes the brand’s reputation.
