“Good location and friendly staff”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to the metro and easy walking to malls and sightseeing. There’s a nice little alleyway of bars and restaurants behind the Starbucks about a block away from the entrance. Towels and bedding were fresh and clean. The lobby is on floor 9! Hard to find the hotel. The building looks like another commercial building and all the signs are in Chinese. Hard to find the directions in amap. There are many hotels in the building. The window is not soundproof so lots of street noises and machine noise from the building next door.

“Très décevant et très peu professionnel surtout au niveau de l’hygiène”

The location was good, but the rooms were dilapidated and dirty; we had to ask for a room change because of the cold cigarette smell, and people smoked in the corridors.
