This was our second stay and we had a lovely time. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff were very helpful. We asked for a lower‑floor room and they obliged—thanks. The location is excellent, close to the Tate Modern, Borough Market, the Embankment, and transport links. Nothing negative.

I liked the modern vibe and they answered my requests quickly; the room was comfy and breakfast was solid, especially the muesli options. The breakfast staff seemed a bit unfocused and the line felt unnecessarily long.

The decor was intentional and the service was excellent, and the breakfast was top‑class. The only downside was the lack of grab bars in the shower.
