The couple who own the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They assisted my mom, who is elderly and uses a cane, to the room while I parked and unloaded our bags. It is an older hotel, the room was clean and everything was in good condition, just the regular wear and tear, no major issues. The mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker were a good size. Highly recommended for anyone just traveling through and needing a place to stay for the night. The price is very reasonable. Just a FYI while booking you don’t have to prepay and you will receive a text with a link about paying part of the payment. The link doesn’t work, but your reservation is confirmed. Check‑in is at 3 pm and the office is closed until then. Breakfast was very minimal: cold cereal, milk, yogurt, bread, peanut butter granola bars. But it is an older hotel and there are a lot of big and newer hotels, so they don’t get a lot of people staying each night. I would recommend eating at the locally owned restaurants. While booking we didn’t have to prepay, but it did send a text with a non‑working link to make part of the payment. I tried calling but couldn’t get a hold of the hotel personnel. I was visiting family so I drove to the hotel just to double check our reservation. The office is closed after checkout and until check‑in (11:30 am to 3 pm).

Clean, but the breakfast claim was misleading because they only microwaved a scrambled egg for me, which was poorly advertised.

“Accommodating and Clean”

We were a bit worried about arriving late, but the staff was super accommodating and helped us get settled in no time. The rooms were spotless, and there was plenty of space for us to sleep. It was a great start to our trip, and we were grateful for the warm welcome.
