“It was very Terrible.”
Accused by staff of consuming weed in a non smokable room. Then threatened by police when that in fact did not happen. They spoke very badly to us upon check in rushed us through paper work, I still don’t think I’ve gotten my 50 something dollar deposit back that I had to pay when we got there. Wasn’t very clean either. No shampoo just conditioner. Very rude on check out as well that’s when the accusations and police were brought into matters. I simply told them to call I did not care because we had done nothing wrong. I was at work that morning after check out they called my phone and harassed me over 8 more times and spoke nasty to me as well. I told them to stop contacting me that is when the same guy messaged me on my personal cellphone. Would like a refund!. Accused by staff of consuming weed in a non smokable room. “Disappointing and Uncomfortable”
I was initially drawn to this hotel by its location and price, but my stay was a letdown due to cleanliness issues. The room looked nothing like the photos, and the carpet was a major turnoff for me. The bathroom and shower were also dirty, with hair and crumbs covering the surfaces and carpet. The bed was firm and uncomfortable, and I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated with my stay.

The location was fine, but I liked nothing else. It was dirty. The continental breakfast was just stale honey‑nut Cheerios – enough for a couple of bowls – and the bread was wrapped in plastic. There was no milk, the juice was out of order, so I didn’t eat. The room had drip stains on the walls and no toilet paper. Luckily we were traveling by car and had our own supplies because we had been camping. Trash lay on the floor and behind furniture. They wouldn’t give me a receipt or invoice copy. Construction materials were everywhere in the lobby. It was disappointing, to say the least.
