“تعامل رائع”
The place was quiet, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.
Thank you for your cooperation.
“راس الخيمه”
The location and facilities were fine, but the building feels old.
“Perfect staycation”
Everything was spotless and the staff—from the front desk to the bar—were fantastic, making the stay flawless.
The gentleman at reception welcomed us with professionalism, politeness, and elegance, and we appreciated his warm, respectful manner; the restaurant lady was also extremely helpful and attentive, especially toward our little child, ensuring his needs were met and our requests accommodated, making us feel truly welcomed and comfortable.
