The atmosphere felt like an old mountain hut. The room was fairy‑tale like. Everything was clean. The staff were extraordinarily friendly. A very peaceful place. No complaints.

The receptionist/serving lady was amazing—very helpful and kind. The rooms were freshly laundered and the entire lodge was beautifully clean. The sleep was very comfortable.

The Rehornbaude is always worth a trip if you like mountain huts. The rooms are bright and clean. The beds are long enough for people about 2 m tall. The furniture is functional and tidy. The shower is on the hallway and was also quite new and clean. The food is very good, both breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had no problem with us arriving after 20:00. Even the chef threw his kitchen back into play and we could still choose from three dishes. The best part is breakfast on nice weather, when you just take everything out onto the hut. We have been there several times and will come back again.
