I liked the cleanliness of the place. It was also quiet. The bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were professional. When I checked in on 10/7/2026, the representative at the front desk told me that breakfast was not included with my reservation. I told her my daughter had specifically made the reservation because breakfast was included . She told me I could only get coffee. We had to go out to buy breakfast the next morning. However, I checked my reservation and it was clear that breakfast was included. I told the other receptionists on Thursday and Friday, and they gave me breakfast coupons. They only asked my room number and checked the reservation details. I was very upset because the representative on the first day misrepresented information and caused us to pay extra money for something we had already paid for
