We keep coming back to Bakersfield, and the spot is convenient. This time, though, we checked in at 4 PM, got a room at the back of the building farthest from the parking lot, the whole property smelled like marijuana, and I was hit with a 15.00 €/night parking fee—won’t be returning.

The staff were fantastic, but the TV was so old it couldn’t stream anything, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t let me browse the web, so I had to rely on my personal hotspot for everything, even streaming YouTube from my laptop to the TV—definitely not good.
