The location is fine and the shower pressure is good. The hotel feels very dirty, the service is slow, the rooms are old and out of date, and I’m surprised it still has a 4‑star rating.

The location is excellent – Terencur is right next to the hotel. Breakfast was good and the coffee tasty. The place was very clean and towels were changed daily.

The location is great and the cafeteria serves a nice breakfast with a good variety of meals. The mall, hospital and cafés are all within walking distance, and I stayed here for two consecutive years. The mattress feels hard, the shower and toilet are so small that you can’t move around without touching the sink, the toilet seat or the shower wall, and there’s a high step in the toilet that could be dangerous if used at night.

Very friendly and supportive all staff members, good tasty breakfast, big shop within 7 mins walk, tea in the room, 1 0.5 l bottle of water every day for free, I recommend to stay in half-luxus room with the balcony. The size of some Standart single rooms was the smallest I have ever seen in my life, the mattress was awful, no space for legs when you sit on the toilet; also very very small shower, I was not lucky to have a normal room but super small, and as hotel was overbooked, I could not change it; after 5 days I managed to change to half-lux with additinal cost which was much much better, and for that I had to check out and wait for a room to check in again, was not convenient but at least I had a better room, would be great to have a chance to see the room in advance as on the pics I saw on booking you see different rooms and some are better, so you make decision based on good pics, in reality you may end up in some terrible room; several days we didn't have light but not because of the hotel, but local issues, at least the light was at the reception/restaurant to charge the phones; also the big dog was barking like crazy at night from the neighbor private house, so could not sleep there
