I liked the location near the train station, and we were granted a room change even at 3:00 am, though we could have avoided it if we’d been given a proper room from the start. Instead we received a “room” that was really a semi‑air‑conditioned balcony, the street noise was obvious, it was cold, the damp smell was awful, and most of the outlets didn’t work.
