The bed was fantastic, breakfast offered both Asian and Western dishes, and the late check‑out, free laundry, and central location were all great; the staff were very helpful. I only stayed for 3 days, though, and would have liked to extend my visit 😜.

The place was close to the centre without being too central and near the metro, and the free laundry service was one of the best features, but there was no staff member who spoke fluent English, so we could only manage basic communication with translators.

The front‑desk staff were very friendly and courteous.

The staff at this place were super helpful, especially a guy named Beihai who went out of his way to get my taxi bookings sorted and even refused payment for helping me with directions. Everything was pretty good and the services are available 24/7, which was convenient.

The only issue was the language barrier, but the staff were really good and always tried to understand and help us out. They did their best to communicate, which made our stay a lot smoother.
