The location is fantastic, and the staff is top‑class, especially Mr. Riyad who helped with everything from arrival to departure and fulfilled all requests; there was nothing negative, the stay was comfortable.

The stay was quite comfortable, and the staff were genuinely lovely and helpful throughout, making it a pleasant long-term experience. The room I received wasn’t exactly the one shown online, but it didn’t alter the overall positive vibe I had in Cairo.
