The location and cleanliness of the hotel were great, but unfortunately, the facilities and food were a bit of a letdown. Still, it was an okay stay, but could've been better with some improvements.

The front desk officer, Mr. Sameer, was really friendly and welcoming - he made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The rest of the hotel was fine, but he definitely made a big difference.

This hotel was a complete disaster - the staff were super rude, the rooms were dirty and smelly, and they didn't even bother to clean my room or change the bed sheets during my 4-day stay. The breakfast was terrible, and to top it off, I saw snakes roaming around the hotel. They also charged me more than the agreed-upon fare. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially not for a family stay - it's a total waste of money.
