The hotel's location was convenient
However, the hotel's willingness to upgrade our room after a minor hiccup was a redeeming quality
Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to the spacious and large room
While the hotel's beautiful design and cleanliness were major positives

“Very comfortable stay, great staff and amenities made it even better”
Very well equipped. The room was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I thought there was a pool, but that was in another similarly branded hotel; the hotel itself was not at fault.
Convenient location, spacious clean room. A wide variety of dishes at breakfast. Everything was okay.
“A Prime Location, Marred by Outdated Facilities”
Although the hotel's location was a major highlight, our stay was marred by outdated facilities and malfunctioning air conditioning. The property's age was evident, and the AC controls were not functioning properly, which detracted from our overall experience.
The room was quite comfortable, and the service was very good.
Great breakfasts, spacious room, excellent linen and huge bed, great service. The internet connection was an issue.
