“Mediocre”

We booked a place on , but it’s not an actual hotel; it’s just a room rental. No cleaning happened during the whole stay, no reception, no breakfast, and nothing nearby to grab a bite.

Le lit était confortable. Pas de service d’accueil, pas de petits déjeuners (attention annonce mensongère, ce n’est pas un hôtel, c’est uniquement une chambre à louer). Manque d’équipements fonctionnels : pas de porte serviettes, pas de tablette, de place pour poser les affaires dans la salle de bain qui est minuscule. Balcon qui communique avec les autres chambres. Une 1/2 heure de marche pour aller jusqu’au centre historique (bons marcheurs), pas de commerce à proximité

For a single night there was only one thing that pleased me: the size was really great. The exit from the bathroom was quite unsafe; you can easily hit the TV hanging between the tub and the bed. The balcony door is hard to open, the balcony lacks privacy, and there’s no divider from the neighboring room’s balcony. The price doesn’t match what’s offered. Breakfast isn’t available on site. Overall, very disappointing.

“Ideal per una estada curta amb parella a Split”

Self‑check‑in was quick and the staff were very practical via WhatsApp, even giving recommendations. The room had a smart TV and a bathtub. It’s far from the centre and the beach (25–35 minutes on foot). We struggled to find the entrance the first time we arrived because it isn’t well sign‑posted; you have to go down a few stairs behind some garages.

The staff’s friendliness, especially Ivanna, was a highlight. The parking, however, was very narrow to access.
