The furniture was good, yet the table was dirty, the walls were not great, there were plenty of mosquitoes, and the door struggled to stay closed unless you locked it.

The place was quiet and had parking, but there were no lights to descend the stairs to the apartment, the cleanliness was lacking—including a dirty mattress protector—and the front door was subpar. The room had a hole in the wall, worn-out complaints, no light in the shower area, no direct bathroom access because of a wardrobe in front, and the toilet bowl moved every time you sat on it; a fresh makeover would help.

The parking was secure and the spot was calm, but when we arrived at apartment 1 we found it stuffy with no window opening for airflow, a broken VMC vent, a bathroom drain that didn’t work properly after showers and emitted a terrible odor, a kitchen drain that also failed, poorly positioned furniture (kitchen table and bench, coffee table in the living room), and the place was infested with insects—spiders, mosquitoes, ants. I advise against staying in apartment 1, even for one night, especially if you’re sensitive; there’s no privacy because to get fresh air we had to open the front door, letting passersby hear us and allowing insects back in. My husband had to unblock the shower drain with a product and disinfect the kitchen sink; I can’t find words to describe the scam that is this apartment. It shouldn’t exist.

Logement insalubre !!! Une odeur d’humidité vous frappe en entrant dans ce que l’on ne peut même pas appeler un logement mais plutôt un garage. Une fenêtre pour le logement entier. La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désiré. Sans parler de la moisissure omniprésente. Nous avons fait demi tour sans même vouloir y passer la nuit
