The room was a mess and the bathroom was in terrible condition. I had to check in at 3 pm, but the front desk only opened at 7 pm, and I was supposed to leave by 10 am. I left at 11:30 and they still charged me for the extra hour. No food was served.

The lobby was comfy and everything was generally tidy, but the bedding was old and worn out. They should consider updating the linens soon.
