Honestly, 4200 rupees for just a room with no breakfast didn't seem right. That's a pretty steep price for what you get.

This hotel's prime location in Shillong city and super friendly staff were definite pluses, but the high price and subpar breakfast didn't sit well with me. The drilling noise in my room was annoying, but at least it stopped at night. And, the limited food options were a letdown.

The room was spacious and in a great location, but that's where the positives end. The hot water issue with the Health Faucet was never fixed, despite my complaint, and the AC wasn't working in either of our two rooms - they just gave us a fan instead.

Being on the main road and having a comfy room were definite perks, and the staff were friendly too. However, I didn't think it was worth the money, and it felt more like a business hotel than a place to relax.
